As your arms open widely

Questioning dreams versus what is so

My mind rocks, at times
Back and forth
Forth and back
I aim at, perplexed;

LOL, yes there are other VK sites online to post poems. Mr. K prolly is on a plane heading to the land down under and not online, LOL. Poetry done in good taste is always welcome, though!

perplexed beyond the mundane
the tools we had at hand
were not the same as their machinery

what we once applied
to resist the inevitable, failed

temporarily
only in this short time we have here

we cant know now, the differences we truely have made
the struggles always are there
sometimes crashing in, all around us

we stand firm in our thoughts
our faith and our understanding
that our children will know
our hearts are there in them
overflowing with love
and courage for them
for their futures

we will always and forever have this for them
and they will always know

that at times, we must turn it over to the angels
their power and guidance
will, one day,
find us all victorious

They're our greatest gift in life! I have 3 -one is a grandson, 7..it's an unconditional love and we're so fortunate to have that. When they grow up and have their own, they see it more clearly in us, I think..
